Scrum Team Play Elements: Training Held by Agile.Live

On February 02, the third module of the Professional Change Agent training was held by Agile.Live, “Elements of Team Play in Scrum.” The participants learned team play techniques for product development.

The goal of the training was to help the agents of change, team leads, Scrum Masters, and others keep focus while implementing team-work improvements.

One of the key issue was a poor DoD (Definition Of Done) or its absence, that was actively discussed among the participants.

Slava Moskalenko, the coach certified by scrum.org and Founder of Agile.Live, shared his gamification experience — using game elements from computer games for non-game processes — to facilitate coherent teamwork and interaction.

The participants learned how to get developers involved in the work process better through gamification so that they “provide Code Review as if playing Counter-Strike.” Besides, they learned the team play tactics and its elements.

The webinar’s video “Elements of Team Play in Scrum” is available for the Professional Agent of Change course participants. Contact Agile.Live via Facebook or write an e-mail to get it.

The next webinar will be delivered on February 9, hosted by Alexander Krasnoshchekov, a guest speaker, who will tell the story of how Agile helped develop Prozorro Market, an innovative state procurement platform, with a turnover of UAH 100 million just in one year.

Professional Change Agent is a series of exclusive mini-courses provided by Agile.Live to help you become a professional Scrum Team leader. To get a certificate, you will need to complete the entire course.
