Agile.Live will now be running an advanced three-day course for professional scrum masters with the option to enroll for PSM II certification assessment from Scrum.org.
Advanced Professional Scrum Master focuses on developing the skills of the Scrum Master: teach, facilitate, coach, influence, and change, make decisions, and delegate. This course is designed for growing Scrum Masters who want to go beyond one team and move towards Agile Coach, working with the entire organization and the Scrum team’s key stakeholders. It is useful for professionals from different industries – from IT and engineering to finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
PSM II teaches participants to solve complex problems within Scrum, develop a Scrum Master mindset based on Scrum values and principles to make the right decisions in their organizations and projects.
After completing the training, participants gain understanding and experience on how to increase the effectiveness of the Scrum team. They will also learn how to change an organization’s context to achieve greater flexibility in product and design development. Finally, they learn new techniques and techniques for effective work as a Scrum Master.
Slava Moskalenko is the only Ukraine based trainer licensed from Scrum.org to conduct Advanced Scrum Master with PSM II Certification. In addition, there are courses Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
