Last week, a three-day course was held for Scrum masters, equipping them with the necessary tools for passing the Professional Scrum Master II certification exam successfully.
Advanced Scrum Master is the official scrum.org course for professionals who want to go beyond one team and move towards an Agile Coach role, working with the entire organization and key stakeholders of the scrum team.
The participants focused on developing the skills of an advanced scrum master: teaching, facilitation, coaching, decision making, and delegation. The students practiced various operation modes of an effective Scrum Master by simulating real problems and applying the right tool to their context accordingly.
Slava Moskalenko, coach and co-founder of Agile.Live, trained Scrum Masters to improve efficiency, develop a productive Scrum team, work with middle management, Scrum measurement system, deep facilitation techniques, and more.
“The study of roles and artifacts was especially valuable for me,” Yuri, one of the participants, gave his feedback. “Now I feel I’m ready to take PSM II.”
“I received good insights about the nature of conflict escalation and how to prevent that,” Natalia, another training participant, said.
