Slava Moskalenko
Good afternoon! My name is Slava Moskalenko. I am the founder of Agile Live, which I launched in fall 2020.
In 2004, I started my IT field career as a programmer and technical manager at Ciklum, Aerosvit Airlines, and others. Since 2010, I am connected with Agile and Scrum.
In 2010-2017 I worked as a Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach at Luxoft. During this time, we managed to implement several large projects for such clients as Microsoft, UBS, Hotwire.com, Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank, and others. My team has been transforming Deutsche Bank’s global treasure IT. Helped Hotwire expand into other markets outside of North America.
In 2017, I moved to Singapore, where I worked as an enterprise agile coach on large companies’ agile/digital transformations. Among my clients were Orica – the world’s largest commercial explosives and explosive systems, BMW, Singapore Airlines, Prudential, DBS. Thanks to Agile and Scrum, the team I coached was able to automate the customer insurance decision-making process using machine learning and AI. I also coached a team that helped DBS Bank to establish a reliable forecasting model.
In 2015, I became a Certified Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org. During this time, I have trained over 1000 Scrum Masters and Product Owners from over 30 countries (USA, Singapore, Poland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Germany, and others).
In the spring of 2020, I returned to Ukraine to open my own company to help organizations with agile transformations internationally. Today we help companies to overcome typical challenges that can arise in the agile product development area. We train scrum masters, product owners and prepare specialists for international giants like JP Morgan and much more.
Sergey Prohorenko
Sergey started a professional career as a software developer back in 2001. The Agile approach was mostly unknown to the general public. During the early days of the agile movement, he learned and successfully applied XP (eXtreme Programming) basics for IT projects in healthcare, finance, and other industries.
In 2010 Sergey joined UBS investment bank as one of many Product Owners for the huge program and proactively helped program management adopt the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) approach. Sergey improved the product backlog management area leveraging the best agile techniques. His efforts played a significant role in delivering a complex clearing & settlement system for a major bank’s business stream. Following the program’s great success, Sergey stepped up as Luxoft Agile Practice Leader with a mission to uplift organizational capability to deliver IT products and projects in an agile way.
Since 2012 Sergey has been coaching Agile teams, facilitating workshops, training people across the globe. His team helped companies from the Fortune500, ranging in size, geography, and culture, in their agile transformation journey.
In 2019 Sergey joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as a Chief Transformation Officer, reporting directly to the Board. He was leading PMO, Lean and BPM, and Agile Practice teams. Sergey and his teams focused on business agility from product delivery up to leadership and strategy. After one year and a half, Sergey and his teams created and piloted a solid delivery framework, including product discovery, customer experience research, and scaled product portfolio management with the SAFe framework. This helped the bank to release new business initiatives much faster than it was before.
In August 2020, Sergey joined Slava Moskalenko to start an agile-transformation company. His leadership approach helps companies adopt modern management principles, enabling both sustainable business value discovery and reliable delivery.
