Since 2010, my professional life has been tightly coupled with Agile and Scrum. I have successfully implemented large agile transformation projects for UBS, Hotwire, Deutsche Bank, and others. In 2017, I settled in Singapore and was involved in the agile transformations of large companies. My clients were Orica, BMW, Singapore Airlines, Prudential insurance company, Development Bank of Singapore. In 2015, I became a Certified Scrum Trainer for the global organization Scrum.org. At the moment, I am the only certified scrum.org trainer based in Ukraine. I have trained over 1000 scrum masters and product owners from over 30 countries, including the USA, Singapore, Poland, India, China, Australia, Ukraine, Romania, and others. In 2020, I started my own agile transformation company.
